Customer Services Manager
Job overview:
Building on the Customer Services Team already in place, this person shall be expected to collaboratively work with Customers, external or internal to deliver a service charter to enhance the sales experience for commercial gain.

Applicants need to be able to demonstrate an ability:
- Drive customer service, taking the customer to the heart of our functional operation
- Good communicator
- To be IT literate, with good numeric and commercial appreciation
- To be able to work under pressure, providing an issue escalation flow
- To work with other key functions such as External Sales, Finance etc. to deliver commercial viable outcomes, promptly
- To apply a clear structured approach to issue solving, coaching and performance management
